Our mission is to help others realize their greatest personal potential through transforming themselves into someone that is Strong, Healthy and Wise.
This is accomplished through implementing optimal strength training protocols, quality nutrition and learning the ways of righteousness.
The Team

In search for the best way to be of service to other people, David began this project of ‘Strong Healthy Wise’ to share with others his experiences and knowledge of physical training. Because no matter where you will go in life, being physically fit will always be of service to you. David’s passion stems from a deep intuitive drive to help others realize their full potential.
David’s physical training prepared him for surfing on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. His intuitive curiosity drove him to experimenting with many different styles of physical training. After a decade of experimenting, he developed a balanced training style that incorporates elements of bodyweight training, cardio-endurance training, and strength training.
Why specialize in just one thing? When one can become a very well-rounded athlete; one that is able to lift heavy while also feeling limber, one that can run for miles that feels like a walk in the park, or one that can even swim, dive, and hold their breath like a fish. Do it all! You’ll be able to experience so much more of this magnificent Earth when you push yourself to explore past the boundaries of what you thought possible.
